Information you provide
When you fill out a form on this website (for example, a contact form, a showing request or a market report request), we collect:
- Your name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Your message and any other details you choose to include, such as a property address or what you are looking for
- The listing you asked about, if you sent your inquiry from a listing page
- Website analytics: Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as pages viewed, time on page, browser and device type, approximate location (city level) and the website that referred you. See Section 03.
- How you found us: when you arrive from a tagged link, a social media app or another website, the site notes the source, campaign, referring page and the first page you visited. This stays in your browser and is sent to us only if you submit a form. See Section 03.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages requested and referring URL) for security and operational purposes. It is not linked to a personal profile.

Section 3
Cookies & tracking
This website uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage:
- Essential: WordPress and our page builder set cookies needed to keep the site secure and working, such as protecting forms against spam and abuse.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4): Google sets cookies named
_gaand_ga_*to tell new and returning visitors apart. They can last up to two years. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. - Lead source (browser storage): the site saves how you arrived (campaign tags such as utm_source and utm_campaign, the referring website, the first page you visited, and whether you opened the site inside a social media app) in your browser’s local storage under the name
rpcl_attr. It is kept for 90 days, is not shared with other companies, and is sent to us only if you submit a form. - Embedded maps: listing pages include a Google Map of the property. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads.
Your choices: You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. Clearing this site’s data also removes the saved lead-source information. To stop Google Analytics on every website you visit, install Google’s Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Section 4
Third-party services
We rely on the following service providers to run this website and our business. They process information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies:
- Flywheel — website hosting
- WordPress and Breakdance — the website platform and its forms. Form submissions are stored in the website’s administration area and emailed to us.
- Our client management system (hosted by Vercel, with its database hosted by Neon) — stores inquiries and the lead-source details sent with them
- Google — Google Analytics (website statistics), Google Maps (property maps on listing pages) and Google Calendar (if you book a call through our “Schedule a Call” link, Google collects the details you enter). See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- unpkg — delivers animation code used by this website. Like any web server, it receives your IP address when the file loads.
Section 5
Data retention
Form submissions are kept in our email, the website’s administration area and our client management system for as long as needed to respond to you, manage an ongoing client relationship, and meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed real estate professional, or as otherwise required by law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us (see Section 09).
Google Analytics data is deleted automatically according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, which is no longer than 14 months. Lead-source information saved in your browser expires after 90 days. Server log data is retained for a short period for security monitoring and is then deleted or anonymized.
